Three of Santa's little elves are planning a wonderful Milonga for Christmas and New Year's Day! All are welcome! (We will be performing our well-rehearsed music and and dance phenomenon at some time during the night so DON'T MISS IT!! http://www.jibjab.com/view/e5mLsA1kTeKHYvP1wrYPww)Buenos Aires style milonga hosted by Hitomi Hayashi and Terry Chasteen with DJ Mark Sacowski at the Chevy Chase Ballroom. Intermediate level tango lesson from 8:00 to 9:00 PM. Milonga follows until at least 1:00 AM. At the Thanksgiving Day Milonga "La cumparsita" was played at about 1:50 AM! Cost: $15 with lesson is included, along with hot & cold soft drinks, Hitomi's fabulous munchies table and Terry's infamous ala mode desserts. Join us on Nov. 22, Dec 25 and Jan 1. 4th for our 4th annual Annual Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day Milongas.
